About JODY

Jody Patten, MA, LPCC, NCC is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with extensive experience in helping individuals overcome complex trauma and addiction. Additionally, she has completed over 1,000 hours toward her Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) certification, further demonstrating her dedication to guiding clients through the challenges of trauma, substance use, and relational healing.

Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Jody uses this evidence-based approach to effectively address complex trauma and foster long-term recovery. Her compassionate and client-centered methodology enables individuals to build resilience, rediscover their strengths, and experience meaningful personal growth. By integrating these specialized skills, she helps clients navigate their healing journey with clarity and confidence.

Jody has been married for more than three decades and has two adult children. She enjoys spending times outdoors with her family and friends.
